1. Shipping Destinations

Luvigo Greece ships to all European Union countries.

2. Shipping Costs

• First order: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed in your cart.
• From your 2nd order onwards: Enjoy free shipping on all your orders.

3. Delivery Times

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery within the EU typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country. Handmade/artisan items may require additional preparation time, which will be noted on the product page.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking number by email.

5. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, public holidays, or carrier-related issues. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending photos to info@luvigogr.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
